Assistant General Managers | Duty Manager
We are recruiting for Assistant General Managers and Duty Managers to join our award winning company, based in North Yorkshire.
Successful candidates must come from a high quality similar environment, ideally F&B focused.
Ideal candidates will have:
- At least 2 year’s experience in hospitality at a senior level
- Experience of controlling revenue and expenditure
- Achieving and improving upon set financial targets
- Current / previous experience working in a fast paced F&B led hospitality environment at management level.
- Current experience managing a strong team of staff
- Excellent guest service skills with a background of exceeding and maintaining the guests’ expectations
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and to work on their own initiative, calmly and when under pressure.
- Driving licence and own transport required
You will know the market and understand how to maximise F&B revenue within the business by looking at the bigger picture. Managing the detail through your team will be second nature and leading from the front to set the example is something you are no stranger to.
